It will be assumed that you have read and agreed to our conditions prior to sending us your deposit.   Damage/Loss A deposit for the executive suite in the amount of $300.00 is required at time of booking, and will be refunded thirty days after departure. Please use separate check.   Whilst we appreciate that you will take care of our VILLA we ask that you provide a credit card number as security against CONTENTS AND DAMAGE Contents list has to be verified and signed on arrival.   Special Discounts: Last minute reservations, less than 30 days prior to arrival, have reduced rates. Please inquire. Personal checks are accepted providing it is received 3 months prior to arrival Limited wireless internet is also available, however it  is not guarantee to be uninterrupted service, should you require to be always signed onto the internet, for making internet telephone calls and downloads, we recommend you purchase your connection.   The Villa comes with a gardener to take care of the grass and gardens, daily maid service (except Sundays) The following services are also available (please contact us for pricing) Laundry service, babysitting, airport pick-up and grocery shopping
